Dear Sir / Madem,
I have not received refund for jio gigafiber. Their representative picked up the router on 9th Mar 2021 and informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 7 -14 days but till now didn’t received my refund amount and I called to jio customer care multiple times but they didn’t respond properly.
and also they raised service request (SR000014GRNC) but they closed request without resolving the issue.
Could you please help on this.
