Hi,
I Applied for a Jio Gigafiber connection on 27th March 2019 and have paid the deposit amount of ₹4500 along with the the required documents. It’s almost a month now and yet no one has come for the installation. I tried getting in touch with the sales person who had come to collect my documents, but he doesn’t respond to my calls. I have already lodged several service requests by calling Jio care (SR00000WSS11, SR00000WRWB5) but no one seems to be even looking into any of these requests and Im not getting any help from anyone. Now I’m in such a situation, where I don’t have internet connection as Jio gigafiber was never installed and neither getting the amount back(it takes 2months to get a refund DD not sure even that will be sent) and because of this I’m unable to apply for a new connection with any other service providers. This is the most horrible experience from any service provider. I cant wait any longer because I’m pretty sure I won’t get the connection. My peice of advise to everyone who are applying for a new connection, DON’T APPLY FOR JIO GIGAFIBER. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND THE INSTALLATION WILL NEVER BE DONE.
