I have raised closure request with Jio gigafiber on 29th oct 2020 via request no- SR000012POJZ but no response received from jio team since that I have been calling customer care every alternate day but they are also not providing any resolution. They only said engineer will come within 24-48 hrs but nobody is coming or calling. Customer care executive are not connecting me with any senior for escalation also.
After daily follows they have escalated my request via request no-SR000012PYKO on 9th nov but nobody came or called me. Recently I have connected with customer care executive Ms Shruti for resolution but no positive response received. I have been hearing sorry for last 15 days and resolution for my issue
