I have cancelled my Jio Fiber connection on 03-07-2021,ON 08-7-2021 their representative collected the router from my place and they told me refund will be processed within 7-14 days.Its been over a month now and i havent received my refund I have called them multiple times on their customer care, they just register my complaint and say please wait 3-4 days its going to be 2 months now please need help
