I have cancelled my Jio Fiber connection on 08-06-2021. I was told by their call center that their representative will collect the router from my place and refund will be processed within 7-14 days. However no one has come to collect the router. I have called them multiple times on their customer care, they just register my complaint and say the engineer will visit in 24-48 hours, but no one visits to collect the router or process refund.
