I cancelled my connection and jio executive taken the box from my home and its crossed more than 74 days. As per Jio commitment within 45 days amount 4500 will be credit in my account or checque will be send to my address.I given my account details & address to the Jio customer care. But till now i haven’t received any response from them irrespective of multiple email. When i tried to call customer care via 1800-889-9999 & 1860-893-3333, but i am getting only option for to invite Jio and not able to connect any agent to talk. As per Jio commitment within 45 days amount will be credit in my account or checque will be send to my address. I did provided my account details & Cheque. I got the message from Jio they are transferring amount but it got bounced as per them. So trying again. I looged complaint as well. But as of now no response and call back, no email. Please help me to get amount back.
