• one of the worst service I ever encountered.  Have done a payment of 4500.for to jio gigafiber connection was cancelled then I raised a request.its almost 2 months now.i haven’t received refund called multiple times to jio customer care and mailed to didn’t work customer care adviser don’t any into about the refund status they simply said refund is done when I ask heft reference number they don’t have it after few days they said we have send you cheque i asked for courier tracking number they don’t have is they don’t have is the only have lode very dissapponting pathetic service
