I purchased Jio Giga internet services on february 10 for Rs 4500, on the day of purchase I was told by Jio giga executive named Abhishek, that I will be fully refunded if I am not happy with the services and accordingly he mailed me the same. I was not happy with the service very next day on 11 february I suspended the service after in informing Abhishek and was told my money will be refunded within 15 days maximum by him. After 15 days the money was not refunded and the Abhishek stopped taking my calls, after speaking to jio care i was told the money will be refunded within 60 days. After completion of 60 days on 12 April I was told the problem will be solve till 14 April, I called today that is 16 April and again the problem is not solved and I am being told I will receive an update on 18 April.
Firstly this is serious case of taking customer for granted. Secondly Jio Giga insist on payment before starting the internet connection, then why they make us wait for 60 days to refund the money, is it Jio Giga uses our money and earn interest on it for 60 days.
Above mention are serious concerns for customers please do the needful.
