Text of Complaint by Tanu Tuli:

Myself Tanu Tuli. I have paid 2500 for jio giga fibre as detailed below

“Rs.2,500.00 was spent on your SBI Card ending 9682 at JIO CENTRE on 22/06/19”

After that I tried to contact jio customer care for installation multiple times but no result.

I contacted the person who came for the initial registration and who took the payment. His name is Rishi (098399 01006).

I asked him to refund my money as after 1 month also nothing happened. After that almost 10 times I was contacted by jio people for installation. They came to my home only to waste my family time. After 1 hrs of jugglery they said it can not be done. Everytime they broke one or two things on the ceiling without doing anything. Sometimes our other regular services of intercom and tata sky also got affected but nobody listened in jio.

Jio is such a pathetic company with nobody who listens to customer. Only their main motive is to make the customer suffer.

There should be very strong action against them for not providing the services even after taking money for 2 months. Also the suffering encountered by me and my family should also be addressed.
