Modem picked by jio person on 13 june. His name is Pawan Kumar and phone number is 08437784883. and bank account detail send to Sunil and phone number is 08360770768. I also get a email from jio to update account detail for refund process. I have attached a screenshot of email. But after 2 week jio customer care ask me your request of refund is rejected. Because modem is not picked up. I call your customer care almost 25-30 time. But not solid solution provide by your customer care. Very bad service by jio. I have attached all screen shot with mail. They accept my refund order. and verify my account detail with otp. I don’t know where is my payment.
