Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I have cancelled my Reliance Jio Giga Fiber connection in April 2019 last week and as per company policy I was suppose to get refund amount of RS 4500/- within 60 days, Its been more than 60 days and I am regularly following up on my refund with their customer care team through their customer care number and their email ID but I am not getting any proper response from the company, Would request you to kindly intervene in this matter.
