I cancelled my Jio Fiber connection on 12 July. I have still not received my refund of rs2500. Everytime I have called the customer care center i am told that this will be resolved. I want to raise a formal complaint against them for with holding my money due to their poor internal processes.

Very horrible response from Jio team, they have no idea on how to give back refund of 2500 after 30 days has passed, and don’t know how to keep their word.
