I have cancelled jio giga fiber connection as i was shifting from one place to another. As they said it cannot be transferrable so i have to cancel the old connection and take new connection in new place which i did so. I have terminated services in last residing location on feb 13 2019 and they said it will take 60 days to process. But now its more than 100 days and i am not getting proper response from customer care of Jio. “299343193664” this is the service id for which cancellation request was done. When ever i call customer care or write to them they say that we are working on it but i couldnt get any proper response or refund of my 4500rs refundable amount. I need your help in getting my money back.
