I contacted customer care reg the issue. They checked & told me that it requires an engineer to visit but we can’t send due to lockdown. They are not even registering a complaint.
Government been repeatedly saying that the internet services are not closed during the lockdown, but cc is telling we can’t do anything during lockdown. I’m supposed to work from home & due to this I’m not able to work.
