The most pathetic and fraud service we have got from Reliance Jio. First fraud they did when we were speaking to them regarding Jio Giga Fiber Internet. Salesman of Reliance promised us that they would take maximum of 7 days to install it and not more than that. They took more than a month to install it.
And since the day, it has been installed – it has not been working at all. It is not working and we have filed a complaint multiple times about it. Everytime these people tell us – that there system is not working so they have no update about it. How is this possible every time? They have been fooling us since very long. Would really appreciate consumer court’s help in this. They are fooling us big time. How can such a big organisation work like this – we fail to understand.
