I have booked for Jio giga fiber internet connection on 23/01/2019. I was told that the connection will be made within 7 days. After a couple of days I called the customer care to know the status and was told that the connection will be done by 07/02/2019. Again after calling the customer care on 07/02, they informed me that due to some issues the work is getting delayed and one Jio person will visit at my place to look into it on 08/02/2019. But no one visited the location.They kept giving me some or the other excuse every time I called on 08, 09 & 10 Feb. When I again called on 11/02/2019,I was told that my order is cancelled and the deposit will be refunded in 60 days. I also made numerous calls to the local executive of Jio Giga Fiber between 23/01/2019 to 10/02/2019 and every time he made excuses.
