I paid for a new JIO GIGA FIBER connection on 10/04/2019, the agent Madhu phone number (6304981883) came to my house and took the payment and I got the bill in the email. It’s been more than 15 days and till now the installation is not done. I’ve been calling the person who sold me the product but he doesn’t answer my calls. I’ve been calling the customer care from the last 10 days they keep saying that it’ll be fixed in 48 hours. They are not refunding my money as well. This is fraud, they conned me into paying Rs 4500 and now refuse to provide service.
