While taking the JIO fiber services, they have communicated as all the subscriptions are free for one year. later they are communicated as its applicable for three month so i have adjusted with points & its not mentioned in their Terms and conditions & its not available in the JIO app as well.
Two months back i did the recharge with OTT packs after that i didnt do the recharge. Yesterday i did the recharge with 999 before going to make the recharge i spoke with customer support executive whether i am able to get the all OTT apps. she confirmed that i will get all the OTT apps. based on her confimation, i did the recharge.
Once the recharge is done, when I check TV & couldn’t able to access the OTT apps. Now they are telling as “its one time activity & didn’t do the recharge for last two month hence i am not eligible for this services.
Its not been mentioned their any terms & conditions, customer support executive also agree with that.
Could you advise whether i need to escalate this of fraud communication.
