Worst service, fraud of RS 501/- isd calling drop after 30 second. Jio don’t have resolution. No criteria of refund in anyhow condition.
Talk to Supervise Tarun Kumar . No resolution till now.
My mother and Younger brother went to Saudi Arabia for performing umrah (Makkah Madinah). I recharged of isd pack of jio but every time call drop after 30 second. I complained many times , they told me that they have limited network thats why call drop . This is not my problem, I want refund of my money Rs501/-

There has been a fraud against me also. I recharged for Rs.501 they told me that call charges will be Rs.5/min but they are still charging me Rs.100 per minute (to call Frankfurt airport from India). It is a complete fraud.
