Text of Complaint by Umang:

I asked for a new jio connection and got it. But the representative gave false information saying it’s prepaid but then making my connection postpaid, even though I informed i needed prepaid.

I cancelled on the same day 24th of Oct, 2022, but not jio has taken 2 days and not yet completed the cancellation even after they said it’ll be cancelled in 24hrs and I will get my money, and no postpaid money will be deducted. But I am being false charged with that amount everyday and jio is not taking action.
