Am place a request to stop my jio fiber connection & pick router and refund my security ammount in july but as of now my connection is stopped but no body come to pick my jio fiber router & setop box so my refund is stuck and am place lot complain to jio fiber support but all time they will not do anything
So plese solve my issue
