I paid Rs 4948.92 to Reliance Retail Limited – for Jio Fibrenet connection on 18th July 2021. As I was not happy with the internet speed I cancelled the connection on the same day. The executive came and collected the device on 24th July and promised the refund which will be processed in another 14 days. Even after a month they have not paid me any amount and just replying to my escalations mails as they are working on the issue.
