The payment of the JIO Fibre was done on 14 April, the installation was scheduled in next 24 Hours. It has been more than 12 days. The installation is not yet done. The technician are not coming as per the scheduled time. The backend team is pushing the dates further & further everyday. The Appellate Authority for east zone is not is not responding to the mails. The customer care & technician are harassing the customers. The engineers are not coming on the scheduled time.
There is no resolution since the payment was done. Please suggest how to complain about this in higher authorities.
