Text of Complaint by Pragya:

I am using Jio FiberNet from almost 2 years as I have requested for relocation of Jio FiberNet connection within the same city just in 1 km radius. Raised an online request on their portal 3 times and their technician cancelled it by their end and didn’t provide any resolution and forcing me to cancel the connection after doing many follow-ups. Jio team is so rude they don’t know how to talk properly; they just keep ignoring my messages. Also reaching out to customer care is such a waste of time. However, received the following response from them:

Due to main box unavailability reasons, we are currently unable to fulfill your request for relocation. The box is full, and this is the construction teamwork we can’t anything.

They have asked me to take a new connection in future and cancel the existing one with zero clarity on refund of earlier 1500 paid to them as deposit amount and 470/- jio fibrenet recharge amount for Aug-2023 month because I am unable to use the internet service.

This is undue harassment as jio fibrenet sales representative committed relocating the connection while installing the same. Also I have the jio managers contact details they also told we will get it done at earliest but no response and they are forcing me to cancel the existing connection.
