I have requested for relocation of wifi connection within the same city probably radius of 2 km. However, received the following response from them
‘Due to technical reasons, we are currently unable to process your request for relocation. We regret the inconvenience caused’
they have asked to take a new connection, with no surety on refund of earlier 1.5 k paid to them as deposit.
This is undue harassment as sales representative committed relocating the connection while installing the same.
