my internet fibre connection with Jio fibre bearing landline no. 04479656905 was suddenly cut on 07.05.22 .Jio does not provide any call option to register a complaint .The only option i found was a wats app chat option with the no. 7000570005.My first complaint was filed on 09.05.22 and no service engineer arrived at my destination till 14.05.22. There was no communication to me till the last day. Jio sent only messages that timing of service will be rescheduled repeatedly.Hence with utmost frustration i switched over to Airtel fibre with almost 3 months of service available in Jio. There was so much loss financially in the period due loss of my business transactions .
