My jio fibre router is not working since 25th June morning and complaint was registered at 10:13am in the morning. As per jio policy this should be resolved within 24 hours. All i am getting from their end is that engineer will visit and the time keeps getting delayed. It’s almost 30 hours without any internet or help from them.
I am being wrongly billed for 30 days while not getting the service for the same. This has impacted my work as currently i am working from home and without internet this is very problematic. No one is taking ownership here.
