I am using jio fibre from past 3 years at my present location i.e. plot no 496 SC no 13, T V Centre Belgaum Karnataka 590001, now I am relocating to House no 13, Matoshri Building, Near Swadisht pickle factory, Shahunagar Belgaum Karnataka 590010. I have contacted customer care and person from customer care told me I can raise relocation request and I will get service in Shahunagar too. But local jio person visited my site and told me that he is unable to provide me jio connection as the the junction box is 200 feets away from my site, infact my neighbour whose sharing same compound with me is using jio connection but local person denied to provide me the service. I request you kindly to look into the issue and provide me the connection as I am using the service from long back and I am one of the prompt customer to jio.
