An employee of jio fibre booked my request for acquiring jio fibre broadband services . And a payment of 1500 rupeees have been taken from me . But later the serviceman who came to setup the jio fibre told that jio broadband services are not available in your area . The employee who booked our request is not picking up our call . Fifteen hundred rupees has been submitted but it has not been refunded yet . I have all the details of the order and Money receipt .
