Hi , I shifted from Mumbai to Vadodara. I am using JIO Fibre services. I raised a request for relocation on 12-Jan-26 but didnt get a date for installation at Vadodara. I shifted to vadodara on 16-Jan-26 and have tried numerous times to get in touch with them. They keep delaying the installation. Initially i got a date of 28-Jan-26 then 02-Feb-26 then 05-Feb-26. Now there is no update.
Also there customer care is so useless that i cannot get to speak to anyone directly.
