Text of Complaint by Vaibhav Taware:

I have applicaed for new connection on 18th June 2024. It has some mistake in the address and pin code combination so actual installation could not happen from Jio side. I called through their Sales Executive and applied for fresh connection and got it installed. I am using Jio Fiber services from last one month on this new connection. I have calling Jio Fibre customer care since then and they are refusing to issue the refund of this 1000 rupees against the old connection request.
