I was a customer of jio fibre. I was surrendered my jio fibre set top box, when i was transferred from Vadodara to varanasi. On dated 23rd july 2024 set top box was colleted by jio personal and assured that within 15 days, you will receive the refund. But even after one and half month has been passed but i have not yet received my refund. I am mentally harassing by jio fibre services.
