My self CSN Pavan Kumar Reddy, PAid an amount of 2824.92 for Jio Fibre connection on 28th of June. They had installed the connection but there was issue from their side to provide internet on the same. One of their engineers suggested to cancel the connection as the issue is not rectifiable. So I have palced a cancellation request many times and finally they have cancelled my connection and picked you the router device on 9th July, I have provided bank account details and they said with in 7-14 working days I will get my refund. Even after many calls and emails to customer care, I did not received any refund. one month is completed after handing over the Router device to engineer.
Please help me to get back my money back.
