I, Madhu Shamnani, got a Jio fiber connection with invoice number: 911463357383 and paid 2824.92 on 10 April 2023. At the time of installation, they committed that in case we terminate the connection within 6 months then we will get a full refund after subtracting the usage. We had to move to Gurgaon before the completion of 6 months and now the spokesperson is saying that they are not going to refund any amount. We asked them to terminate the connection on 21 May 2023.
