Text of Complaint by Clementina:

I have requested Jio Fibre Internet service and have made the payment on 9-12-2023 and the team came for installation the next day. They came and fixed the box and then they are telling that there is an issue with the box or server they have connected. This was not informed to me in prior. It’s been more than 4 days without Activation and they are denying to refund back the money. I have made hundreds of calls but they just ignore and give lame reasons. They are not giving proper timelines and simply delaying. Such a worst experience and bad service
