From 12th June till date 20th July 202  no speed internet and cannot function WFH and losses

I purchased trial of jio fibre after lots of chasing for 10kbps on it was installed 12th June 2020 and post testing for zoom call .I released I am not able to do live streaming. Being a trainer and now everything is happening online, I had a session on 14th and it went pathetic due to network issue.

I called the call centre on 14th June and I was told to upgrade, and problem will be solved. Pathetic digital program quality for 14th June program. I upgraded the plan to paid INR 824.0/- 100 mbps speed on 14th June and was still not getting speed. I had to cancel my webinar with client, since I was not having speed and my voice and lip movement on live was not matching at all.(I had also asked for set top box for TV which never arrived)

I called again on 15th June I was given a configuration change solution which seemed to have increased the speed.

19th again I did test with same client and it did not work, and I again gave call to call centre, again a solution was given.

Again, I had to cancel program my program on 20th as well.

20th again I called same thing and a technician was sent who came a “saw” wire from a distance and checked if they are well connected and went back. Praveen was the name of technician. Showed him Tracert for google.com on command prompt he took pic and went away. This loss is due to issues of network which functions perfectly even in 30 mbps speed of competing network (proved to their online and in-person technical guy)

Two days later after calling and tweeting same person comes (he didn’t even know how to use command prompt) I did everything all tracert for jio network and earlier provider network using neighbour wifi network sitting in the corridor for 1 hour given for

google.com

streamyard.com

youtude.com

and clips of you tube live. So that thet know how pathetic it is not matching of voice and video.

I personally spent two hours answering and ding everything this virtual team technical person told me to do and Praveen took all pics and sent him over WhatsApp and everything , they installed an app on my laptop and June 22 2020 FB live went with some hiccups.

I incurred training cancellation losses and reputation loss due to issues of network which functions perfectly even in 20 mbps speed of competing network I am demanding loss claim of Rs INR 50000/-

I wrote emails & tweets nothing moved them after that. I do not want their service I have written emails to them.

All call logs, mgs, tweets and emails are present with me and can be sent as required since it is stated only product related, so I am not attaching it.

All my programs where declared and marketed within my client company and live session on FB and all got cancelled by client due to internet issue only one went through. It is so frustrating and following up with people. I have conies of client cancellation and fb cancellation and frustration that client expressed to me as they had to run around last minute because of this.

 

I spoke with more than 7 people and 3 people came home 2 for installation and one person twice for technical issues. It is a big process if someone comes home right from speaking with society committee to allow them to cleaning up everything after they have done installation.

I urge strict against joiFibre without considering it’s a giant company and let them know they cannot play with livelihood of a common person trying to earn honest living in such challenging circumstances. Entire productive month is gone in this follow-up and headaches and pain and stress and lots of potential losses because of loss of time.
