- I requested for jio fibre and company representative ( vivek) came on 20/07/2021 and took advance 2500/- and promised the connection will activated within 2 hours . But after that he disappeared and either not taking call or when taking call telling lie that installation will be done within minutes. Neither jio customer care is helping me this is open fraud being done by vivek in Gautam nagar area of new delhi , what kind of peron company is engaging . Horrible and useless jio and their team. I even have recording of telephonic conversation with this fraud person vivek . As now a days I am doing work from home and my work is suffering very badly and also my father is doing his business online he is also suffering loss. can anyone help me to the amount loss by me and father from this vivek or jio company . All be aware of this person and think thousand times before taking jio connection go for airtel instead. I will also do the same
