I had applied for jio fiber on26th June 2021 and was given the appointment for installation for the same day at 1 pm but no one turned up again I rescheduled the same for 27th 1 pm but again no one turned up again on 28 th I rescheduled for installation and now when I I called the technical team head siliguri Mr Biswajit Saha he asked for my order number and said he will inform within some time and now he has block my registered number and not answering my alternate number. Now my issue is that if these corporates can provide timely why the hell do they take the orders and that that too along with full payment.
