Text of Complaint by Adarsh Dwivedi:

I got jio fibre connection on 02.10.2021 with fixed line number 01135610877. The internet stopped working on 5th October 2021 . I raised repeated complaints on email /watsapp/call to customer care and local executives. However, the issue was not resolved till 8th october. So, I had to raise a request for disconnection of the jio fibre on 8th october 2021 as I was frustrated with the poor jio fibrr service. The executive tried to convince me to use it for trial period of 1 month atleast. However, I was so utterly frustrated with the jio fibre service that I could not continue for a single day. I raised several requests for disconnection but they showed it as resolved automatically after 3-4 days. I also got official mail pbce that it will be disconnected by 15.10.2021. The device has not been picked up yet and nor the refund has been processed. The jio agent has already made me paid 6 months advance and later I when the account got activated, I got to know that it was a postpaid connection. I used intermet just for 2 days. Its not getying disconnected by any means and I am getting repeated bills. They are making fool in the name of trial. This is mental harassment for any customer. After using 2 days of thw internet service, I have went through this much to get my refund. Please help bring the issue to the notice of jio authorities.
