As I have raised complaint no SR00001ECBOJ the day i received the jio fibre installation that speed is not what they committed their engineers came and kept visiting us but they also not able to give the speed so I raised request for return and my amount refund on the same date but it is yet not credited in my account because they didn’t took my jio device I am waiting for my refund
