Its been more than 15 days since my jio connection is cancelled and as per policy device will be collected and refund of deposit will be given but no one came up to pick the device and no refund given till date. They close the ticket without resolving issue. I have called customer care 4 times to reopen the ticket and they close it every time without resolution. Please help to resolve this matter.
