Jio fibre sale team sold me Jio fibre connection with the claim that connection would be pre-paid and I purchased the same with payment of Rs 4000/- for six months after six months I got a payment reminder from Jio team bia sms and mail for the payment then I came to know that this advance post paid connection I had argument with Jio team but then I got ready to continue and I had upgraded the plan and paid the amount of Rs 1060.58/- after few days I learnt that there is no difference between current plan and previous plan but Jio policy didn’t let me changed the plan so I continued with that after one month I again changed back plan paid the amount of Rs 706/- but after 02 days Jio team suspended my account
