Every month fibre gets disconnected with just Red light blinking. When you raise ticket for Service Engineer visit either there will be no response from Jio service team or they keep on rescheduling dates for Engineer visit at premises.
Like this 3-4 days just goes by and no result is received. One keeps on complaining to the customer care team and they keep on rescheduling it or give you false assurance that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours (which never ends).
One best excuse is “due to some technical issue problem taking time to resolve”. God, if your company itself faces technical issue then how the damn you can provide service to your customers.
All internet related household works keeps on getting pending and one cannot do anything.
How much can one go with mobile internet, when this people make there customers completely dependent on there fibre service.
Jio just know how to take money from customers, give them connection and let them go to hell. The after sale service is a BIG ZERO, flop and pathetic.
