I had raised a request for relocation of our fibre connection (Jio Fibre No. Ref: 7974853128) as we(my family) were shifting to a new place within the city. We had a talk with the customer care before shifting that if relocating is possible to our new place and they confirmed that the services are available. After shifting we are having issues with the service engineers of Jio Fibre who are not visiting our place and are rescheduling our requests and even are cancelling with false reasons. We had talked to their customer care over phone and they are only giving me false information with wrong commitment. Every time I call the customer care a new person gives me new commitment with no guarantee and thus it has been 10 days. I have also emailed to them & cc-ied to TRAI but till date there is no resolution. I’m fed up of calling the customer support and emailing to their official emails. I’m also not getting the advance and security deposit which I paid before installation of my JioFibre connection. I paid for 6 months of advance which is around INR 2800 and of which I have used 3 months of my plan, they(customer care) are denying for my refund for remaining plan.
