There has been Multiple Complains made to Jio FIbre for the Corporate Connection at Raheja Vivaria Apartment, Mumbai Central with Registered Mobile numbers as 9167635050.
No one seems to care to get the Issue resolved and the Internet is not working since past 3 weeks. Always I get a response that some technical team is working and it shall be up in 2 hours.
I would advise no one to take Jio Fibre Connection unless they offer the direct contact number of their Heads in Mumbai. Most Horrible service experienced from Joi Fibre.
Please go for alternative Options as Jio Fibre does not have technical Team to assist at all and fix the long standing Issues. No One picks up the phone too on the Customer Care.
