I have shifted to a new location which is not serviced by Jio Fiber. Accordingly, on 28th March 2022, I requested through mail for closure of connection and refund of security money. But it has not been done yet. Every time i get a message of appointment schedule for device pick up but it gets auto-rescheduled and ultimately gets closed without even bothering any confirmation from my side. I even escalated to the authority in Jio Fiber but they did not respond. Kindly help me to resolve this.
