Hello Team
I have used jio fibre service for 2 years from the day I got to know that jio is giving fibre connection . I asked my brother and got him connection also . I have been shifted to my new house in sunny enclave Kharar and asked jio representative to relocate my jio fibre .
Agent name Ranjan ji sales head send their person lovepreet and he said I cannot relocate and I will have to apply for new connection and he will get my previous connection cut off. Same he did with my brother also .
I paid 2500 for my new connection and 1500 for my brother new connection and it’s been 15 days now and my connection is not installed . Now these guys are saying that connection in your area is full so they can’t help me . If the connection was full why my money was taken and send me intalltion message

Because of their connection commitment I got my other connection disconnected and now I don’t have internet services at my home and I am doing work from home and it’s super hard to cope up without internet kindly get this done on super priority
