Text of Complaint by Vikash Mishra:

I have installed Jio Fibre connection on 20/01/2021 Wednesday next day connection dropped and from Friday entire connecion shutdown, so I call the technician and sales man who installed my connection he said Sir I will fix today the technician visit and said Sir it’s not possible because I think there my be wire bend I said Yesterday you installed whatis the quality of wire you guys used as per his word I give him permission to come tomorrow and fix it but the next day saturday no one come and again I call them to fix this issue they said sir today is 23th January we are on leave we will fix your issue tomorrow on Sunday. The person Amit Sing visit at my home he said sir technician on the way within a minutes he will fix later I wait for technician untill 5 pm but no one visit, so I call Customer care he said sir I book appointment for tomorrow at 3 to 4 pm and giving me request id SR000013T3QA. I received call on monday from engineer 7980603219 he said I have two installation once I finished I will be there so again I wait for him whole day later he denied to receive my call, so again I call customer care about this issue now customer care said Sir your booking schedule for tomorrow I told him why you guys are making client fool you even not proper stand in your work. I told him to cancel my new connection and refund the whole money 2500 + 1000 technician taken for extra wire used during installation. And worst service I have seen from Jio employees all of them working together as a group. Please file case against them. Amit Jio Sales person (7439804586)
