I have cancelled Jio Fiber connection few weeks back. Customer care executive told me device will be picked up within 7 days, but still no one visit for it. Jio Fiber don’t want to refund money so not trying to resolve my problem.
I am in touch with one of their provider .he is ignoring my calls and messages now.
My jio will expire on 14 june still have a day left but mo response from their side.
