Jio fibre cancellation. Have placed request but they haven’t finished in the specified time. On top of that they are harassing with calls to do recharge when I have requested cancellation. I am a senior citizen who needs to relocate her home. They said they will resolve in 7 days but they are not doing anything about it giving excuse that they are having trouble because of lack of manpower due to covid. However they gave my neighbour a new connectiin within 5 days. Please guide as to how I can press charges against this company. From a consumer point of view, and even a harassment point of view. Today they ruined my entire morning by giving me calls requesting me for recharge +91 33 3559 1752. They have no shame and decency to harrass an old lady. Please guide on hiw to get justice.
